Cancellation & Refund Policy

DUREVO believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped to the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
DUREVO does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or consumable products (for example: food items, personal care goods, etc.).

Refunds & Replacements

Refund or replacement may be processed if the customer establishes that the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
In such cases, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
After reviewing the complaint and verifying the issue, DUREVO will initiate the appropriate resolution, which may include refund, replacement, or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Service Team immediately. The issue will be verified and validated by the merchant or warehouse before processing any refund or replacement. All reports must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt.

Manufacturer Warranty Products

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the respective manufacturer directly for assistance, as per the warranty terms provided.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund has been approved by DUREVO, the amount will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to the customer’s original payment method or wallet, depending on the mode of transaction.
